Order Processing
All initial in-stock orders are processed and prepared in our studio within 1–3 business days.

Transit & Tracking
Shipments are dispatched using premium tracking via major carriers (Canada Post, USPS, or UPS) and sent automatically to your provided email upon fulfillment.

Pre-Orders (Performance Edition)
Orders containing a Performance Edition TPU model are secured advanced allocations. These items will ship immediately upon arrival of our production run. Accurate estimated fulfillment timelines are explicitly provided during the checkout process.
